2. Service description

VidToDoc is a platform that automatically analyses YouTube videos about artificial intelligence and generates bilingual technical guides (French and English) using Google's Gemini AI. Produced guides are made available free of charge.

3. Account creation

Access to personalised features (favourites, suggestions) requires creating an account with an email address and password. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Any fraudulent use must be reported immediately.

4. Intellectual property

YouTube videos used as source material remain the exclusive property of their creators. VidToDoc does not store videos but generates a textual summary from their transcript. Creators may request removal of any content concerning them via the removal form.

The graphic identity, source code, and design elements of VidToDoc are the property of Studio2b.io.

5. Personal data

In the context of using the service, we collect the following data:

• Email address and password (hashed) for user accounts
• Guides saved as favourites
• Content suggestions submitted
• Contact messages
